WHAT IS THE FRIENDS WITH BENEFIT PROGRAM?
Our Friends with Benefits loyalty program is our way of saying thank you for being a loyal, supportive customer. We wouldn’t be here without you, so we’re sharing the love! The more you spend on jadetrau.com or in our NYC showroom, the more exclusive your rewards become as you unlock and level up through each tier.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Log into your SHOP account, or if you do not have one yet, create an account here. Just be sure to use this same email address every time you check out so your points are automatically applied.
HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS?
If you’re unsure of your current points or tier status, simply, register for an account here. Once logged in, you’ll see your accumulated points and progress over time.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Points in our FWB program are earned by shopping. For every dollar you spend, you earn a point which helps determine your tier and benefits. You’ll see your points and tier status update as you level up.
Help, My Points Aren’t Showing Up!
Don’t worry, we’ve got you! Contact us at concierge@jadetrau.com and we’ll help sort it out. Most often, this happens if you’ve used multiple email addresses at checkout. We can easily consolidate your accounts into one main email for you.
HOW DO I GET MY BIRTHDAY GIFT?
You’ll receive your exclusive birthday gift during your birthday month when you make a purchase. For example, if your birthday is in June and you make a purchase on June 24, your birthday gift will automatically be included with your order. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email reminder on your birthday month so you won’t miss out! Each year, the birthday gift is refreshed with something new.
Please note: birthday gifts cannot be applied retroactively for purchases made before the launch of this Loyalty Program 2.0, effective November 5, 2025.
WHAT ARE WELCOME GIFTS?
When you level up to a new tier, you’ll receive a one-time Welcome Gift.
For example, if you’re currently in the Rose Gold tier with 3,501 points and spend $3,000 on your next order, you’ll automatically receive a “Welcome to White Gold” gift with your shipment. Each tier’s Welcome Gift gets better and more exclusive as you move up — and no two are ever the same.

Do Purchases from Third-Party Retailers Count?
Only purchases made directly through jadetrau.com or at the Jade Trau NYC Showroom are eligible for this loyalty program. Purchases from third-party retailers are not eligible for points or rewards.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS WHEN I RETURN / CANCEL AN ORDER?
Should you need to return or cancel an order, it's no biggie. You'll simply just return back to the original amount of points & tier before your cancelled order.
WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Your points never expire or reset, they’ll continue to accumulate over time. The more you shop with us, the more points you’ll earn to unlock exclusive rewards and benefits from one year to the next.

HOW DO I USE MY AVAILABLE TIER BENEFITS?
Sit back and relax. We'll handle everything. Your benefits will either be provided through a unique code via email or automatically applied at checkout. For our Platinum tier customers, please reach out to concierge@jadetrau.com to organize your complimentary pickbox to try on the pieces before you purchase.

WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
At the end of each calendar year, our FWB Program starts over and the amount of points you acquired during the year determines your starting tier for the next year.
HOW LONG WILL I STAY IN MY TIER?
How long you stay in your tier during the calendar year is up to you! The more you spend, the higher in the ranks you'll be. Just remember that if you spend less than the minimum amount in your starting tier, you may be assigned to a lower tier for the next year.
WHY HAVE I BEEN UPGRADED BY A LEVEL?
Because you're a loyal JT customer that values some self-care! All jokes aside, if your level is upgraded, you spent more than the minimum dollar amount to get access to the next tier. Yay!
WHY HAVE I BEEN DOWNGRADED?
If you find yourself in a lower tier than you started in, don't stress. There's always time to get yourself back to where you started or higher. You can check your tier status on our FWB Account Page. Should you have any concerns or questions about your tier placement or benefits, please don't hesitate to reach out to concierge@jadetrau.com.
