All orders are shipped via FedEx express delivery. Due to security reasons, a signature is required in order to receive your package. Once you have made your purchase, one of our stylists will personally reach out to confirm your order and set up a delivery time that works best for you.

All Jade Trau pieces are handcrafted in our New York City workshop and are made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be completed. If you ordered a ready-to-ship piece, your order will be sent out within 3 business days.

We offer complimentary shipping to all orders over $5000. All other domestic orders will be subject to a $40 shipping fee.

We offer in-store pick up options at our New York City showroom and, seasonally, at our Southampton flagship store location.

All international orders are subject to a $150 shipping flat rate fee, not including import taxes, custom duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

We insure all orders for the full retail value through our insurance company to guarantee your shipment arrives safely.

We carefully pack all of our Jade Trau shipments in our custom packaging including a Jade Trau jewelry pouch wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a branded box along with a certificate of authenticity. We strive to provide the perfect luxury shopping experience from the time you make your first purchase to when you're receiving your new pieces.
