Starting July 8th, Jade Trau will be previewing our new bridal pop-up experience in-store at our Southampton Flagship. Featuring already beloved classics along with never-before-seen styles of engagement rings and wedding bands for pairing, the Jade Trau Bridal pop-up is a full service consultation to find your perfect ring. Try on and see your favorite silhouettes in different natural diamond shapes and sizes and discover how each version can dramatically change the personality and feeling of its setting- all in one appointment.

With over 20 years of experience as a diamond buyer, Jade is intimately involved with the sourcing of each diamond used in our engagement rings and uses her knowledge to break the rules of what it means to find the perfect stone.
Each diamond featured in our collection of ready to gift rings is hand sourced to fit our JT diamond standards and paired with a signature setting that perfectly compliments the stones brilliance. Jade Trau only sources and works with natural diamonds.

ARE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED?
We highly encourage you to make an appointment in order to get the most out of our Jade Trau Bridal experience, but will try and accommodate walk-in’s should be unable to schedule a dedicated time.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT?
Once you’ve decided to move forward with your custom Jade Trau Bridal ring, we will require a $750 deposit to secure your project and begin the diamond sourcing and design process. The deposit will be applied and taken off your total amount once your ring is completed. The deposit is non-refundable.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT MY APPOINTMENT?
We want your Jade Trau Bridal experience to be a one stop shop to find your perfect engagement ring. We have an extensive assortment of our signature bridal styles in various diamond sizes and shapes for you to choose from and see which one fits your lifestyle best.
You’ll meet one on one with our expert bridal stylists who will walk you through the collection, advise on custom bridal options, discuss stone sourcing, assist in planning your budget, and general diamond education.
All of our engagement rings seen at your appointment are available for purchase and are ready to gift.
WHAT IF I NEED AN IN-STOCK ENGAGEMENT RING RESIZED?
If you choose a ring at your appointment that is available for purchase, we are able to resize a half size up or down depending on the style. In your appointment, your stylist will be able to take your ring size and advise on if your chosen ring can be sized up or down further.
WHAT DOES EACH ENGAGEMENT RING COMES WITH?
All engagement rings will come with a GIA certificate, an appraisal, and an after care guide card.
DO YOU WORK WITH LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS?
Jade Trau only sources and works with natural diamonds and precious gemstones. We DO NOT work with lab-grown diamonds.
WHAT IF I HAVE MY OWN DIAMOND?
If you have an heirloom inherited natural stone that you would like to use in your engagement ring, there will be a $X setting fee applied to your ring. As your setting will be custom made to fit the dimensions of your inherited stone, there is an additional design process and labor cost associated with creating your bespoke setting.
Can I have my Jade Trau Bridal ring serviced at one of your locations?
You can contact us at concierge@jadetrau.com to schedule a service drop-off at either our NYC Showroom or Southampton Summer Store (open seasonally.) Included in your Jade Trau Bridal purchase is a complimentary one year R&R service which includes a cleaning, prong check, and polishing if needed.
We are also happy to offer a complimentary cleaning service before your wedding to ensure that your Jade Trau Bridal ring looks amazing the day of.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY ON MY RING?
Jade Trau provides a limited warranty for up to one year from the date of purchase. Our one year warranty covers manufacturers defects in material or workmanship but it does not cover personal damages, neglect or misuse by the wearer.
If another jeweler performs any repair work or modifications on your Jade Trau piece, the warranty becomes null and void and we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect.
WHAT IS THE RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
All Jade Trau Bridal rings are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
