A point-of-sale payment option for large, one-time purchases. Affirm helps you pay over time for the things you love! You get to control how long you get to make monthly payments.
HOW DO I USE AFFIRM?
Shop jadetrau.com and fill your cart with your favorite Jade Trau’s pieces. Select Affirm at checkout, enter your information to get pre-qualified for a real-time payment schedule plan.
Next, select the best payment schedule that suit you the best. There are no hidden costs at all, you never pay more than what you agree to up front.
Download Affirm’s app or sign in at affirm.com to make easy monthly payments. You’ll get email and text reminders whenever a payment is coming up.
CAN I USE AFFIRM IF I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
At this time, Affirm is available only within the United States. Affirm is currently looking into expanding its service to customers outside of the United States in the future.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M QUALIFIED FOR AFFIRM?
Prequalifying just takes a minute and won't affect your credit score. You will get a break down on how much you can borrow along with different interest rates, starting out at 0% APR. You're not on the hook to pay back prequalified amount until you actually borrow it. You also don't have to borrow the full amount.
HOW DOES THE AFFIRM PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
You can expect your first monthly payment to be due about one month after we process your loan. Each following payment will be due a month later on the same day of the month. You'll get emails and SMS reminders prior to your due dates!
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFFIRM?
Just like any Jade Trau order, Affirm orders are delivered within our standard production and shipping timeframe. A representative from our team will email you and let you know it's on the way along with a tracking number for your reference.
WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AFFIRM?
Affirm is not applicable to consultation, resetting and restyling project fees.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFFIRM?
Any Affirm purchases complies with our standard return policy. We accept returned merchandise in its original condition within 3 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping and 15% restocking fee.
If returned after 3 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the discretion of Jade Trau.
All returns will go through Jade Trau’s quality control department before we can issue any return or merchandise credit.
After Jade Trau approves for a refund, the full amount will show up on your loan balance within 3 - 45 business days. You can check on your balance in your Affirm account.
While you are waiting for your refund, please make any monthly payments that are due.
If your refund is less than your total loan balance, it might not lower your next monthly payment. Instead you can expect fewer monthly payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your loan balance, you’ll get back the difference, minus any interest you’ve paid. We’ll credit your payment method within 3 - 10 business days. If you don’t have a payment method on file, you’ll get a check in the mail within 14 business days.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes, cancellations can be made within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Please contact email@example.com as soon as you can if you wish to cancel your order.
If your loan isn't finalized yet, we'll remove it from your Affirm account. It'll be like the loan never happened.
If your loan is already finalized, you'll get a full refund. You can expect the refund in about 21 days.
