• All of our pieces are custom made and will take up to 21 - business days for production.
• Select styles are available in stock and ready to ship out within 1 to 3 business days. Contact us to inquire about our in-stock collection.
• Purchases are delivered in an branded black box tied with a ribbon and a certificate of authenticity.
• All domestic orders are insured and shipped out via FedEx Overnight. An adult signature is required for all deliveries.
• All international orders are insured and shipped out with a trusted carrier within our network.
• International purchaser may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will be collected once your shipment arrives. We will not be responsible for any international shipping fees.

RETURN

• Returns are acceptable only in the merchandise original condition.
• You will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and $40 return shipping fee.
• Return credit is applicable towards the original payment method or a Jade Trau credit towards a future purchase.
• We cannot take return on items that have been worn or altered.
• We cannot take return on engagement rings, engraved styles, and any other custom order.
