Jade Trau jewelry is handmade in New York City with precision and care. Every order is personally gift wrapped by our beloved team using our signature Jade Trau jewelry pouches, branded gift box, and tied with a personalized ribbon.

When your item(s) is ready to ship, our team will contact you via email or text to schedule the delivery. An adult signature is required for all deliveries. We cannot ship out your order if you did not confirm with our team about the delivery window.

Please allow up to 3 weeks (15 business days) for your pieces to be completed. Select styles are available in stock for express delivery (2 - 3 business days for domestic orders). You can discover what we have in stock here. You are always welcome to make an appointment here to view our in stock styles in person at our New York location(s) or we can set up a virtual chat.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

  • An adult signature is required for all deliveries.
  • All domestic orders are shipped overnight through either FedEx Express or UPS Express carrier.
  • All domestic orders are insured in the $40 shipping fee.
  • We offer complimentary domestic shipping on domestic orders over $5000.
  • Same-day NYC delivery and pickup are available on weekdays, Monday - Friday only.
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • All orders to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam) are considered international shipments.
  • Jade Trau is NOT liable for fees or delivery exceptions incurred after order(s) is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

    • We can ship to most countries including: Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and many others. Please contact us if you have any question about our international shipping service.
    • An adult signaturer is required for all deliveries.
    • All international orders are shipped through FedEx Express or DHL Express.
    • All international orders are insured in the $150 shipping fee.
    • Jade Trau is not responsible for any international shipping costs, import taxes, and custom duties/fees.
    • All international orders are subject to import taxes, custom duties/fees imposed by their destination country. These charges will be collected from you, the purchaser, once your shipping arrives.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Jade Trau will only accept return merchandise from purchases made online at jadetrau.com and in store at Jade Trau NYC Studio or Jade Trau Southampton Flagship store.

If you are unhappy with your item(s), please submit your return request in the form below within 10 business days of delivery to be eligible for a return. Returns outside of the 10 business days window may be accepted at the discretion of Jade Trau for only store credit.

                              • All returns / exchanges must be returned unused and in original Jade Trau jewelry pouch and box to protect the jewelry from getting scratched in transition.
                          • All made-to-order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
                          • All rings, earrings, engraved & personalized pieces, custom projects, sale styles, and items pruchased during promotional periods are final sales and are NOT eligible for a return.
                          • Please note, due to Health & Hygiene Laws, we cannot return or exchange earrings.
                          • Customer will be fully responsible for the return fee ($40 for domestic and $150 for international) which will be deducted from the final return amount.
                          • All returns can be refunded to its original payment method or in store credit. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be reflected in your bank account.

Please note your return will go through Jade Trau's quality control department upon arrival to inspect the condition of the jewelry. Jade Trau has the right to reject a return if the item appears worn, used, altered and or damaged in any way.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We cannot cancel your order once it's been processed, which is within 24-hours of placing your order. If you wish to make any changes and/or cancellation, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You can contact us at 212 - 719 - 3333 or email us at info@jadetrau.com.

Please note that once your order is processed we cannot cancel or make any changes to it, since it's been submitted into production.

REPAIR

We offer aftercare jewelry services (i.e. repairs, resizing, cleaning, and engraving services) on any Jade Trau merchandises purchased directly with us online at jadetrau.com or in store at our NYC studio or Southampton flagship store. Please submit your repair request in the form below to get started.

Repair requests for items purchased with our retail partners are handled separately. Please contact the retail store directly.

You will be responsible for the shipping fees for getting your jewelry to / from us ($40 for domestic and $150 for international shipping).

Please note that there may be an additional fee for any repairs and customization. The fee will vary dependent on the service. The Jade Trau's production team will make an assessement on the repair and provide you with a quote before we submit it into our workshop. Jade Trau has the right to reject a repair upon their discretion.
